Biography
Mr. Karlsen has 15 years of experience as a Paralegal in Seattle. He enjoys the structure and procedures of the law, and also the variety of people and complexity of cases that are encountered in this field. During his free time, Mr. Karlsen enjoys following local and international sports teams, especially the Sounders and English Premier League. He also enjoys exploring local restaurants and antique shopping with his wife. He has two children; he took a break from his career to raise them until they started school. Mr. Karlsen grew up in Larvik, Norway and moved to the U.S. after finishing his compulsory service with the Royal Norwegian Air Force in 1996. Mr. Karlsen earned his Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University and also has experience in financial compliance and operations. Mr. Karlsen is fluent in Norwegian.
