Biography
Paul Fogarty has been a trial lawyer since 1990. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in the state and federal courts of Washington, Oregon and Texas. Mr. Fogarty's practice focuses on commercial litigation, defamation, professional negligence and substantial personal injury cases, including wrongful death and sexual abuse cases. Mr. Fogarty also assists international clients.
Before founding Fogarty Law Group PLLC, Mr. Fogarty's prior law firm affiliations include practicing in the Seattle offices of Preston, Gates & Ellis, LLP (now K&L Gates) and Williams, Kastner & Gibbs LLP and in the Houston office of the international law firm, Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. (now Norton Rose Fulbright)
